As mentioned in our recent annual update letter, we will be replacing all the mailboxes in the neighborhood in 2020. The project will cover the cost of the new mailboxes, installation, and removal of the current mailboxes for all homes. We will be utilizing our existing cash reserves and financing the remaining balance. There will be no additional assessment or expense to any homeowner outside of the normal annual dues. The POA Board has selected a contractor to execute this project. We will be following up with every homeowner in the near future with the exact implementation dates and schedule. Our goal is to remove and install the new mailboxes for every homeowner over the course of 1-2 weeks in early/mid spring.
The new mailbox design that has been selected and approved by the US Postal Service of Rogers is shown above:
- Single and Double mailboxes will be used depending on which option each house has currently.
- The new mailboxes are made of a rust proof, heavy cast aluminum, black powder coated finish with stainless steel hardware. Opening is large enough to fit small packages. Mailboxes have hinged door and are designed to prevent water from soaking mail.

The POA Board will be adding house numbers to every mailbox to maintain a consistent look.
